These lovely folks invited us in for lunch and showed us how they make their Yak cheese. It was a great experience to witness their traditional cheese making method and sampling their amazing cheese.

Porters in Himalayas carry up to 120kg as they get paid per kg. They walk on very dangerous terrains and sometimes they walk for days to deliver items ranging from Timber, food, and equipments. This particular porter is carrying a portable kitchen back to the near by village from the everest base camp, the terrain is very unstable and one slip is all it takes to fall off a cliff.
